Refund Policy
If this is your first time with us, we offer a free 7-day trial of the Balance Inside and Out subscription service so you can try before you buy. Get access to everything for free for 7 Days. After your 7-day trial your credit card will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the current cycle. You can cancel your membership at any time.
Following the completion of the Subscription Period and/or Free Trial, your Subscription Services will automatically renew for the same Subscription Period at the then-current standard rates for access to the same Subscription Services, unless and until they are cancelled or changed by you within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Please see the app store where your subscription is managed for their specific refund policy and guidelines. We are not able to cancel your in-app subscription and we are not able to refund in-app subscription payments.
